Sales Discount Loyalty

I could not find a ticket category for sales.

I have been a loyal customer and have in the past received updates around 50% if I am not mistaken. Today I went to purchase that which I have not yet bought and it showed 0% discount. There are currently 4 items in my cart, which I am not sure if you can see.
 
Thanks for the update pcam... I'm not sure what the issue is. I'll ask Fillip H. to look at this as he's the man behind the shop here on DBTech, and I'll move it to the appropriate forum... not quite sure how you ended up here... :)
 
Hi guys,

The loyalty system was reformed several months back. We sent out emails asking for feedback on the proposed changes and had a number of blogs covering them. The overwhelming majority of customers supported removing the convoluted loyalty system in exchange for a new system which would send out tailored sales to customers roughly once per month. Customers would get increasing discounts based on their previous purchases in these sales.

There is an early access sale on currently which all customers should have received an email about. If you did not, please check your email settings to ensure you are subscribed to the newsletters.
