    Unhappy

    When doing the update, I get this {/home/xxxx/public_html/library/DBTech/Security/vBulletin/includes/class_install.php appears to be missing!}
    But I have check and the class_install.php file is there?
    This upgrade and file upload structure is quite different or confusing, as in not like previous updates or install...am I doing something wrong?

    Can you please double-check you uploaded the contents of the upload folder, and not the upload folder itself?

    You would need to open a new support ticket by clicking the button on top of every page, I can't generate support tickets from other threads

    Question: when uploading what I'm told is a previously unopened, freshly downloaded zip file using Cpanel's file manager, I see this error;

    DBTech vBSecurity v3.3.0 L.VBSEC.LIFE.134225FWRENI

    The file you uploaded, DBTech vBSecurity v3.3.0 L.VBSEC.LIFE.134225FWRENI.zip, contains a virus so the upload was canceled: YARA.md5_0b1bfb0bdc7e017baccd05c6af6943ea.UNOFFICI AL FOUND

    Can you clarify or check

    Why would you ever use cPanel's file manager to upload anything to FTP? Use a proper FTP client.

    There's no viruses in our files, it's a false positive
