I had the same question last night. Purchased the product but was not given any information on HOW to download it.

Apparently ... you have to go to the "Members Area" (which is not obvious).

The owners here got mad at me for complaining ... when it's obvious they have a problem on their end in making the purchasing process easier and more logical.

Not at all, we simply asked that you let people know you were wrong when you claimed "purchased and didn't get what i paid for." Since saying untrue things like this can harm a companies reputation if the "complainer" does not follow up and let people know what happen.

Technically saying something such as this which is untrue, and then refusing to correct your error is known as libel in most countries, and we simply requested that you updated your posts to let people know that you had been incorrect in your assumption =)

You will notice that the poster of this thread did not do that - he simply said he was unsure where to access his downloads, and we let him know :)

Perhaps "mad" wasn't accurate. But you did ask me to correct it ... which I did do. And yes ... you guys were prompt in getting back to me.

Just fix the process please.
 
I had to come back and try to find the download location again. Kept going to 'download', then went to 'products'... no dice. Had to find this thread so I could remember where to download again. Better process needed.
