i have purchaded the Shoutbox a long time ago. I want to download the version, where i bought it but there is nothing in my costum area?

Normaly i can download the latest version, where my license end or not?

We have no record of your purchase in our system.

Can you please PM me with your PayPal email address, the exact purchase you made and that date on which you made it?

If you can supply that info I can check and let you know what the status of your order is.
