Re-download the files and re-upload them.

For the future, please post such sensitive issues in Project Tools with the "Private" checkbox marked, the last thing we need is people attempting to exploit other forums with this.

To fix the 2nd error (please don't edit threads with separate errors) please click Rebuild Bitfields in the AdminCP left side menu after re-uploading the files.
