I see that you can purchase "Immunity" but I don't see where/ how a member can purchase the right to change someone elses settings/username/etc.

When you set the item up you say "yes" as being giftable. Right now they can not be different prices, which is why I don't have anything like that allowed.

The Giftable option is not available in the Lite version.

The Immunity item shouldn't be in the Lite version, that's my bad
