Hope someone can help.

I currently have vBcredits 1.4 installed and now have it disabled but it was working fine before a vb upgrade from 3.8.1 to 3.8.9, I now have php 5.6.

I visited vbulletin.org and found a vBCredits I v2.0.0 Gold (vB3.8.x) update and the upgrade instructions for 2.0.0 mentions to have 1.4RC2, my plugin page only lists 1.4 but I think I might have the RC2 installed, how can I tell, should it show RC2? Can vBCredits 2 deluxe v2.1.1pl2 for vb 3 or 4 import all of my 1.4 databases and info?

I also plan on upgrading vb to 4.23 soon but would like to try and save my vBcredits and vBCommerce 1.0.0 and vBCommerce Itemtype: Icon 1.2 stuff.
vBcommerce 1.0.0 has been disabled for years because it kept trying to connect to the old website.

Just wondering if it's possible to upgrade vBcredits 1.4 and what steps I should take. I'm also going to upgrade vb to 4.2.3 but don't know if I should upgrade vBcredits first, the same goes for vBcommerce, wondering if your vBShop can take it's place and import vBcommerce.

Hi Jon,

To be honest, I've never heard of anyone upgrading from v1.4 to vBCredits II Deluxe. I would recommend making a full backup of your forum database, then attempt the upgrade on your vB3 forum. If it works, then you can proceed with the vB4 upgrade - that would be the steps I'd advise you to take :)

Thanks Fillip H.,

Just in case anyone else needs help with this, I did have 1.4RC2 but the admincp only displays 1.4.
I tried to upgrade to vBCredits I v2.0.0 Gold but it failed. I then installed [DBTech] Mod Version: 2.1.0, it installed ok but didn't work so I then installed version 2.1.1pl2 over that and it's working fine.
