Thread title length

Your maximum thread title length is 85. Why?

It can be set in the range from 0 to 251

Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Maximum Characters Per Thread/Post Title

Thread and post titles will be limited to this number of characters. Please choose a value larger than 0 and less than 251.

I've set on my forum maximum thread title length = 250.

But this gives a strange effect.
With a length of more than 125 title is transferred to the third row, and the third row is displayed with a shift to the left.

Here's an example - pr.ai/forum5 - thread title length = 126

Is it is a mistake of the company vBulletin Solutions, Inc?
