Question Fatal error: Class 'THANKS' not found

I upgraded from 3.2.0 to 3.2.5. Previously I have turned off the mod. First step of installation was fine, but when i click Continue on the phrase: "click continue to merge templates", i get an error:

How to fix this?

You can run the "Rebuild Button Click Cache" maintenance function in order to do the same thing the Finalise action would do
