    Default Litespeed

If I were to get a webhost that used litespeed, which Opcache Operator would be the best to use out of Filecache/Memcache/Xcache/APC/eAccelator/WinCache?

I'm quite partial towards APC myself, since it's very easy to install via PEAR. Memcache is only useful if you're running a database server separate from your web server.

When I say "Hotfix Released" it means you should re-download the product and re-upload the files.

So I shouldn't even bother with xCache? Let alone Filecache?

XCache has a marginal performance lead over APC - if you can get it to work. I personally had no luck, so we stuck with APC.
