Bug vBShout getting Error: 404 Error on load

I just installed vBShout on our forums and instead of loading and allowing members to join the chat, it is simply giving a 404 error every time. All instructions for install were followed to a "T." Any ideas? See screenshot:

http://memphisroar.com/forum/vbshout.php returns 404, that's the issue

Please re-upload the contents of the upload folder to your forum folder

So strange. I uploaded the "upload" folder the same way the first time as the second and now it's working. Thanks for the quick response. I do have one other question that's not related. I am trying to use the /chatinvite username command and it keeps giving Error: Invalid Chat Room. Quick thoughts?

You need to be in a chat room in order to invite someone

To clarify, the chat room needs to be the selected tab in the shoutbox.

I understood. That's where I am and it's still not letting me invite. Oh well. Not a huge drawback.

Is it a chat room created via the Chat Room Management, or via /createchat?

A way to tell is, if it has an [X] next to the chat room name - if it does not, then you cannot invite members to it because it is a per-usergroup chat room. Usergroup membership determines chat room membership
