hmm... i dont have phpmyadmin installed on my server so... i got ssh access to root , anyhow to check it via ssh?
 
I couldn't tell you, sorry :( I've never tried checking it in any other tool than phpMyAdmin :(

You could try downloading it and uploading it to your server in some obscure location, then delete it after use :)
 
*BUMP* update - sorry for the bump but i am still struggling to solve this issue and i have installed phpmyadmin , my database collation is set to: latin1_swedish_ci
i've tried changing it to utf8_bin , utf8_general_ci and all other options that were there. but that didnt help... =\

Any help would be greatly appreciated !
