Hey all,

As our product catalogue grows, our biggest supporters have alerted us to the fact that actually managing all these licences are kind of a chore, as is posting new support threads. This has lead to multiple licences being left un-updated (vB version numbers, etc).

We've recently implemented a change that some of you (I'm looking at you, GoodApples ;)) have already blown the whistle on; Sites!

To put it simply, a "Site" is a collection of licence info which you can choose to apply to any number of your existing licences. For instance, if you own example.com and example.org and have licences for each of them, you can create 2 Sites and tick the relevant licences for each site, then pick a default Site for new purchases.
Any time you update a Site, all licences associated with that Site get updated as well.

In addition, you can use the defined Sites to pre-fill the Website URL and Forum Version fields when posting new support threads.

Don't have any Pro licences yet? Don't worry, you can still use the Sites feature to gain the support thread benefits, not to mention that your first created Site will be set as default (changeable if you add more Sites, of course) so that if you do decide to go Pro, you will never have to see the dreaded "Required Licence Info Missing" text ;)
