OPEN BETA

All pro owners of vBArcade now have access to vBArcade v2 beta!

With special thanks to our beta testers, we've built an arcade tournament system better than you've seen before.
Not only are there the usual knockout tiers, but a special group mode as well where each player plays every other player once, and the best record is the winner!
We've even taken very careful consideration to mitigate the problem of no-shows, by allowing fast players to play subsequent round matches even before the whole tournament has moved onto those tiers, as well as tie breaking, enforced time limits (with reminders!), live countdowns, and AJAX replays that automatically associate with the latest active match for that player!

There's also the ability to recur the tournament, as well as friendly 1-round friendly challenges, and much much more!

An in-depth examination of all the tournament features is here:
https://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/showthread.php?t=7963

Note that the lite version is not yet updated, but will not include group mode or knockout rounds beyond friendly challenges.

When the gold version is available, we are also raising the prices for pro to 59.95 USD 3 months, 79.95 USD 1 year, 119.95 USD lifetime - so get it now before the price increase!

CONTEST

In celebration of vBArcade tournaments and the London 2012 Olympics, we are holding an arcade tournament here at DBTech, and the champion will recieve $50 in DBTech points to spend on any DBTech product they want!

The game you will be playing is called Speed Archery, which you can try out here:
https://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/arcade.php?game=speed-archery

To enter you must be a customer in good standing, and indicate you want to join in a post in this thread, or as a comment to Cosmic's blog.
Deadline will be Monday, July 30th at about 10pm GMT/5pm EST, and the number of rounds (or group mode) will depend on the number of participants.
Afterwards the tournament will commence right away with each match determined by best out of up to 3 plays, with 24 hours to complete each match to avoid forfeiting.

In the meantime you can start friendly challenges here on dbtech with just about every game amongst yourselves.
