    If the newsletter system is disabled then it would make sense for it to not display in test mode. It was working for me earlier, did you turn it off prior to testing it?

    I have tested and not working then disabled.

    I found the issue, your account was set up to not receive email from administrators and this was causing that display.

    I've excluded that check from the test mode as well. Can you please check it again now?

    Yes, now its working but why not show message Newsletter disabled? Also it more help if you add Test Mode link via admin CP.

    In my opinion it's beneficial to show the Test Mode page while it's disabled, since it means you can look at the design and make tweaks without worrying it will be sent to users in a semi-completed (or even broken) stage
