    The v3.3.0 upgrade has added user group permissions to the vBulletin "Usergroup Manager" interface, can you double-check to see that these are set?

    I was unaware of the new usergroup permission. I did see that it was set to "no" and I have changed it.

    I should mention, it is sending the test email but it is not showing any of my template edits.
