Bug Raffles Issues

Couple of issues with this.

Cant see the pro forum after purchasing a 1 year on this product.

Also after setting up it seems as though there is no option to buy a ticket. Tried with both the default points and credits but cannot see the enter raffle link on either page.

Also got the following databse errors

I've added a potential hotfix for this to /dbtech/raffle/cron/draw.php :)

Thanks for the fix but it doesnt seem to have fixed this

Make sure the user has enough Credits relevant to the entry cost, and also make sure the Start Date of the raffle has passed.
 
Could you please create and PM me with a temporary FTP and AdminCP account?

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new FTP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues.

The same applies to AdminCP accounts; they should ideally be temporary accounts created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the FTP account has access to the forum files, and that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

I have been busy with spending time with my family for the Xmas/NY holiday, and travelling from said engagements. I will post back when I have an update :)
 
Update: The FTP information you have provided does not work, I am unable to connect to your server. Additionally, the AdminCP account does not have the Can Administer Raffles permission, so I am unable to inspect your configuration.

However, I notice you are running Beta 1. Could you please update to the latest version (Beta 2 at the time of writing)? It's possible your issue has already been fixed by other changes :)

Just checked the details I gave you and everything is working correctly so no idea why you cant get the access.

Have updated to the new version with still no change in the issues above. In fact more have been created as you now cannot delete a raffle in the ACP. Gives an error of Invalid.

Have sent you another PM with some details.
 
I will check the new details and get back to you A.S.A.P., I am currently quite swamped but I'm hoping to clear out my backlog either tonight or tomorrow. Sorry :(
