Question SEO and posts?

Hi guys, just installed dbseo lite today and seems to be working well so far, just one question.

Is there a general consensus as to whether or not we should include posts in the sitemap? I have over 800 000 posts on my forum, would it be beneficial to include all of those in the sitemap?

We have posts added to our sitemap, I believe

There's no reason to include individual post pages in a sitemap. I've had those pages turned off for years.
