Are there step by step instructions regarding how to remove DBSEO Lite. Including rewrite rule changes, .htaccess changes, etc.

We don't have any .htaccess rules to redirect DBSEO URLs to the standard vB URLs (or other SEO products), other than that all you have to do is follow the installation instructions but in reverse.

Uninstall the product from the ACP, remove the .htaccess entries the readme tells you to add, done

You say "We don't have any .htaccess rules to redirect DBSEO URLs to the standard vB URLs". Does that mean that none are needed or just that you don't have any and I have to figure it out on my own?

The latter. Unfortunately I'm not a .htaccess expert - I can detect & resolve conflicts with DBSEO's rules, but to fully remove DBSEO's rewrite rules you would need to reverse all its URL formats and that is beyond my capabilities at this time.
