Question how to move my forum from root to new directory

[MENTIONS=Fillip H.][/MENTIONS] i have this problem, im trying to move my forum to a new directory, but I can only do this, if I deactivate DragonByte SEO, plz can you guide me?

im trying to move: mywebsite.com to mywebsite.com/forum/

To do this you would need to apply a redirect in the .htaccess file in the root folder - this is not something I personally have experience with so I can't assist you any further than that unfortunately :(

Other than that, to update DBSEO's URLs, you should change the Forum URL setting in vBulletin's options, then in the DBSEO CP click Clear System Cache.
 
[MENTIONS=Fillip H.][/MENTIONS] This is something you have to know, many users have the same problem! can you tell me how i can to redirect via .htaccess
 
If a lot of people had the same problem, a solution would eventually have been provided by the community for us to share, but that hasn't happened :)

As this is unrelated to DBSEO, you can ask on the official vBulletin forums as they have probably encountered this before.
