Hello,

im from poland, i translate with google translator.

since I changed from vbseo to dbseo, my traffic is strongly broken. it has fallen to 70%!
google indexes single posts, although it is disabled in the settings. => Page Settings => Include Show Post = OFF.
in the robots.txt showpost.php is also deactivated.

What can I do against it? is dbseo compatible with vb3.8x?

Hi there,

Can you please use the Edit Issue button and change the site URL to your real URL? Unless you do this, we will not be able to provide support.

The URL is not visible to anyone other than DBTech staff.

Thank you :)

Thanks :)

We do not control what Google indexes, we can only advise Google what we think it should index.

I don't believe there's anything you can do against indexing single posts other than the steps you've already taken.

is dbseo compatible with vb3.8x?
It is fully compatible with vB 3.8.11 and 4.2.5, as well as PHP 7.0 and 7.1 :)

at vbseo you could disable single posts completely. why not at dbseo? these are only a few code lines, which one must remove. or?

Sorry, I don't believe I was very clear. When you turn off single posts in the sitemap, it stops them from being added to the sitemap. That doesn't mean it stops Google from indexing them.

There is no code you can remove from DBSEO to stop Google indexing content on your site.

I do not mean in the sitemap.

when I used vbseo, was in my vBulletin the option "view single posts" completely disabled. there were no single posts.

in vbulletin 4 it was removed since it is very harmful for seo.

how did it make vbseo for vb3.8?

Ohh, I see what you mean. This feature is not available in DBSEO, sorry. I would recommend you upgrade to vB 4.2.5 if this feature is important to you.
