Hello - I believe I'll be purchasing Classifieds very soon. Do you have any idea when v2 will be out of beta and for public sale? I don't want to install v1 today and have to upgrade to v2 tomorrow.

i also noticed this product doesnt have a read me file and its the only one out of 10 of your products i tried that failed install..just fyi

edit: sorry for off topic, just wanted to add that i noticed its a bug mentioned in this topic you might want to try to fix for version 2

Work on version 2 is progressing, and isn't gonna be ready for live boards for a little time. There'll be some open beta testing soon that will let admins try it on test boards, but that will last a few weeks before we progress to it being stable enough for live boards.

You'll have to explain more about what you mean 'failed to install' in a separate bug thread. If it fails during installation we need to look into that. If you mean that it doesn't work out of the box and requires some setup, then unfortunately that is the nature of this mod. It needs a lot of setting up before it would ever be feasible to use. (For example, it would need categories setting up that were unique to your board and that can't be standardized across every website)

There is no bug in that thread. The user couldn't find the Categories in the AdminCP initially, but managed to do so on his own a short time later. You would have to open any bug in a new thread.

great, thanks for the update...

regarding the issue with the product...normally after installing you products the options appear in admincp am i right?

but with this product, you have to close/clear browser or whatever then re login the way that other person suggested is exactly what i also had to do FOR ANY OPTIONS TO APPEAR....it isnt a matter of, we got it to work eventually, its more of it should be smoother and less confusing of an install ;)

nice work tho looking forward to digging into it more

I think I understand the issue. The page isn't refreshing. I've seen that issue before, but never consistently. I'll try and dig into it again. :)
