    Default Baner resize

    Hello,
If there is no defined package, there is no option cofigure ...
When a defined package, configure is located just on the package tab, bottom right not to be seen.

Showing my placeholder image size banners, and the true picture is a small thumbnail.

    Example 1:
    forumads2.jpg
    forumads3.jpg
Click on the package tab = forumads4.jpg

    Example 2:
    Banner is 697 x 625, 697 x 625 placeholdder and dimension to place banner is 800 x 100

The placeholder must be the same size as the banner space.

When I say "Hotfix Released" it means you should re-download the product and re-upload the files.

    differently...

    1. The dimensions of the image are 687 x 625

    2. Baner space set
    Dimensions
Choose the dimensions of this banner space, width x height (in pixels). px x px...

    is set to 500 X 250

    3. The final result is like the image below, outlines of the image are like the final image 687 x 625, the image (Below Navbar) is about 200 x 200.
Resize is not working good, or the user should know to make a baner of exact dimensions?

    Next question or suggestion...

If there is not made any package for sale than, there is no way for the user to add an image, there is no configure button.
If there is made a package tab, the configure button is only on that tab, wheh the user click on the package tab.
The configure button can not be seen right away so it makes a confusion to the user just like the thing that he must make a exact dimension of the baner.

Yes, the user must upload banner images of the exact dimensions in order for them to work properly.
