Is there a code I can add in one of the plugins to hide the side panel inside the acp so that only super admins can see it? And if it can't be done through a plugin in the acp, which file should I edit and add a code to?

I've made a change that limits the ACP nav menu to administrators with the Can Administer Settings permission :)

Fillip H. thanks, which file(s) to overwrite with vbSuperPMs?

And may I also suggest the same changes for vbdonate, dbtech thread ratings, and dbtech logo rotation since those side panels don't hide.

I've tested vBActivity, Threadmins and Group Moderators, vBOptimise, Advanced Post Thanks / Like, vBShop, vBForms, Advanced Registration, Advanced User Tagging , and InfoPanels. They all seem to hide the panel when can administer is set to no, so that's great :)

The /includes/xml/cpnav_* files in the download are the ones that need to be re-uploaded :)
