    Default Support Ticket Setup

    Hello,

Just wondering here.  I have been toying around with this mod and comparing it to your support setup since you use this as a support system. I noticed you have a bar that says "Click here to submit new support ticket' and when I click it and click "Go advanced" it shows the overview info and stuff as well as a new link on left that says "New Support Ticket" under a Header that says ""Support Tickets" with the fields to fill out on the right hand side. How could I implement that into my site as it seems to be very effective and would like to have that option available? Is this a Pro feature or do I have to do some type of coding for that? I really like that.

    Thanks much in advance.

    Ron

Threads get put in this forum if you don't select the product in the list (or you typed the product name rather than selected it from the box), it's no big

Anyway, this system is highly bespoke since it integrates with our vBeCommerce product, though we can certainly look into making it a part of the official vBForms product

When I say "Hotfix Released" it means you should re-download the product and re-upload the files.

Ok. I could have sworn I selected the vbforms in the dropdown. , guess I didn't LOL.

Anyways sounds great. I didn't see a vBeCommerce mod that you guys created other then the vbShop. Hmm will have to look into that.

Thanks for your prompt reply and info
