Question Add/Change Donator Title

Hey Ozzy I am trying to add a "Donator" title for all members who contribute. The titles are not changing in my tests. I am over thinking this I am sure but what am I missing?
Do I have to add a usergroup? I was trying to avoid that.

Just a thought..but you could always go to the members profile that makes the donation and change the setting for Custom User Title to Yes Admin Set and type in whatever you want it to say..

You are right Papa but I am lazy and like it to be automatic.

did not mean to highjack your thread but your gonna need another usergroup..

Na it is all good. That is what I am trying to clarify but the settings look as if I could avoid the usergroup.

Best way is to add a usergroup, then select the option, Add contributor to above selected usergroup. Then set the option, Display Usergroup to No. Set the option Change Donators Title to Yes.

It is only creating one group, and is not visible that way, you are only assigning the donator to a additional group, his display group will remain as is, but he will have the new title.
