Bug May be a glitch

Ok this might be a small glitch but i just saw something weird not sure if you wanna consider it a glitch or bug , ok what was this i replyed to a quote in a post when i hit done i saw 2 number # 5 post of the same now if you refresh then it goes away and you see one number # 5 post i try to duplicate it and didn't happen again might be it happens randomly is what i'm thinking Thanks!

This was described in the release notes for v1.0.2
