Hello,

I want to buy VBOptimize but I have a question. I have Cyrillic forum names like

http://transgender.ru/forum/forums/2-Преценденты

Prviously I used VBSeo to transliterate it to latin symbols in URL like here

?????, ??????, ??????, ???????

so the foum name "Куплю, продам, подарю, обменяю" appeared in url as kuplyu-prodam-podaryu-obmenyayu

Is it possible to do the same with VBoptimize? Will it be included into profssional installation AddIn?

and what does .htaccess login and password mean in the cart with professional installation AddIn?
I will pass admincp and FTP credentials but .htaccess credentials I did not get.

Hi Yael,

You will need DragonByte SEO, not vBOptimize, in order to do this

If you don't have .htaccess protection on your AdminCP, you can simply leave those fields blank

Could you please complete the email verification as per the instructions here: http://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/clientarea/ so that Pro Install can continue?

Once you have done this, could you please also enter your site info on that page by clicking the link that will appear next to your license list once you have completed email verification?

Without doing this, I won't be able to install your products.

Hi Yael,

The licenses are still requiring email verification. Could you please make sure you sent the confirmation email to the exact address provided, using the Primary Email attached to your PayPal account?

If you cannot access that email for whatever reason, please let me know. If that is the case, I would strongly recommend changing the primary email in your PayPal account so that you are not missing out on important security information from PayPal.

That's all in order now, however I cannot connect to your FTP server. Can you please double-check to make sure there's no IP address filters on your FTP server?
