DBSEO on Live & Test Site - License query

I currently have a forum running vb3.8.8 with VBSEO for SEO URLs, Likes & Site Map submission.

I also have a (password protected) test version of the site which I always change first for any upgrades etc. before amending the live site & is covered by one license with vbulletin.com. Will this be covered if I purchase DB SEO & Advanced Likes for one site?

If I purchase the install add-on, can you upgrade my Test Site first so that I can check it out before you install on my live site?

On the product information pages, there's buttons for[AddOn] Professional Install: <productname>. Simply add the two Pro Install addons to your cart, and during the checkout process you will be asked for your FTP, AdminCP and (optionally) .htaccess information.

Once the payment has been received, I receive automated notifications that there are pending Pro Installs and I handle them as soon as possible
