Legacy Urgetnt: Unsubscribe confirmation needed for DBTECH Newsletter Pro

I continue to receive complaints about the unsubscribe link "not working" due to lack of a confirmation page or popup, sometimes with threats to report me to spam databases.

l have been listed now on one of those databases for "frequent client complaints", which is obviously not good.

This is an urgently needed feature. Members need feedback to ensure them that they have unsubscribed or changed the frequency of the newsletter, or forums using it are at obvious risk for being blacklisted.

When can we expect an update that includes this feature? I am using v1.1.1
