vbShout installetion issue

Greetings;
I installed the lite version of vbShout then get database error after installation , when updating user group permissions
I did uninstall the product, still i got the same error, and user groups cannot be updated anymore

I asked for support
The reply was (nothing can be done)

My question is if I purchase and install the pro version, the issue can be solved?

This was the reply: That is caused by a broken MGC Chatbox Evo install. Please request help from the author of that mod ( by Fillip H.)
I went to vbulletin.org, asked the author, i got this reply: (nothing can be done more than what I said)

Now I'm left with my usergroups not working for any update (even the product is uninstalled)

I did install the product vbShout , then tried to update user group permissions > then update
