Has the Addon a double Registration and double login alert ?

I'm not sure what you mean by double login, but if you mean them being logged in to 2 different accounts on 2 different browsers then no it doesn't.

Neither of those features strike me as security features, if I'm honest. It may be against forum rules (which are individual to each forum) but it's not related to security.

Yeah, I don't personally consider those security features
