Question update pl3 issue

I received notice that pl3 was available ... d/l to ftp as instructed and have done this twice now.... at this point in time the pl3 version does not display in product manager and notification disappears after an update but reappears (next day) in acp notification that is it available....

I have ensured that i actual am showing in my d/l area (pl3 file) which I do but for the life of me I can not figure out why it is not up grading .....

It will be upgrading fine if you've downloaded the files, it might be an issue with the patch number in the file itself. I wouldn't worry about it and I'll see if I can get the issue fixed.

Thank you very much for getting back to me... was pulling my hair out trying to figure this one out

I will watch for changes notifications which by the way I do use and count on em actually Good job!!
