Bug Subnav Missing in IE

The subnav for the gallery displays fine in Firefox and Chrome but seems to be missing in IE.

The subnav is displaying fine for me in IE11 on Win8.1 x64. What version of Internet Explorer are you running?

Have you tried it in a default (unmodified) skin?

I have done some more digging and it seems that the member who reported it to me was not logged in. I have asked him to some more testing and will let you know if anything changes.
