Question Signatures not showing

Ok I have uploaded the files and gave permission to the correct directory and installed on the forum, I can create a signature with no problem but when I go to save it it is blank. will not show up on forum.
below is pic of what it shows

Could you please create and PM me with a temporary FTP and AdminCP account?

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new FTP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues.

The same applies to AdminCP accounts; they should ideally be temporary accounts created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the FTP account has access to the forum files, and that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

Update: I've tested the signature mod on your forum and I have experienced no problems.

Please check the test thread I made in your Admin section.

That is Strange... it is stil not working for me. let me ask you when you went and made the signature and go to edit your signature does it automatically put it in there or do you add it with the image button. it has to be something I am doing wrong will try with another browser or something Thanks for your help if I can get it to work I will just not use it.

I manually added the signature image, I'm not sure if automatic deployment is active on your forum.

ok I found your signature on the FTP did you name it the name you gave it 12_1 or was that automatically put there because when I make the sig it shows on the left side a preview and when I change the text it shows nothing in the preview and its named 1_1 but when I go to look on the ftp the 1_1 is blankbut the 1_1preview is showing what I made - the text I added. I am wondering if this is just me that is having the problems.

Did you remember to click Save Signature?

Images in the FTP are automatically managed.

Well I found the problem seems I was forgetting to add a base to the signature which was throwing the image off its working now... Will make a quick tutorial for people wh make the signature to make sure they add a base But its working Thanks for the help
