Hello,

I used vbmail to send an email with RTL typing, but I received the email LTR ="(

And even smiles show as code ="(

How to fix this?

You may be able to fix this by wrapping your email content in

<div style="text-align:right; direction:rtl;">

</div>

Update: I have applied a hotfix to /dbtech/vbmail/actions/mailinglists.php (in v1.2.0, the latest version available) which fixes this issue for me on my test RTL language.

Sorry being late, I tried the html and did work but not always, then I tried the hotfix but didn't fix it to me ="(

Are you sure the language setting you're using for the forum is set to display RTL? The hotfix checks the setting found in Language Manager -> Edit Settings -> Text Direction.

Additionally, what email client are you using?
