Notifications are not working for Mentions, Tags, Quotes. No new Notifications are not showing in vb Notifications area after installing 3.2.5pl2, Only Desktop Notifications are working.

This is working as intended. When Desktop Notifications are turned on for the current user, unread counts are marked as read when a desktop notification is generated.

I am not agreeing with you because Desktop Notifications are not Support for all web browsers, Desktop Notifications are show one time, Desktop Notifications are not Support for mobile browsers, Desktop Notifications are not Support for tapatalk, User can bypass Desktop Notifications.

You must add option for work Desktop Notifications and vb Notifications area same time because vb Notifications area are Standard view and basic.

If desktop notifications do not load on the user's current browser, their notifications also do not get erased. The only time they get marked as read is if the desktop notification is successfully displayed.

We have no current plans of changing this, if this presents a problem for your specific user base then I would recommend using the global option to turn Desktop Notifications off.
