Bug No Downloads for User

We have a big problem that our users can download nothing more.

When the user tries to download a single file, he gets the following message:


If the user attempts on the button "All Downloads" to download anything he receives the following message:


We desperately need a solution. Our forum has now 1 year anniversary and is very dependent on the download area.

I've uploaded a fix for the 300000 seconds issue. To clear it, manually run

truncate table dbtech_downloads_delay

(remember to add a table prefix if you have one).

Let me know if this resolves both issues for you.

The Fix works.

It is only the error with the normal downloads to date.
The user will still receive the message "You are not permitted to view this Download".

I've added another fix which should resolve that issue as well, sorry about that

It did not show up in my testing because Download Managers bypass the security check that triggered this problem.
