I have a question: How will it be possible to create an own 'form' under the form-manager?
So that I will have an "accept terms" checkbox on the site, where an user creates a new listing...

Interesting idea. I'll see if we can implement an option like that. Creating new options in the form manager isn't possible at the moment, but that idea is quite neat.
