Legacy Getting place in rank according to the donated amount

Is it possible to have this feature implemented (an user to get placed in rank according to his donated amount)?
In my site's case I have 4 different user groups which depends by donation amount

Might be possible to make an option to automatically add reputation points according to specific donation amount too? Also, what about another option for time promotion?

ex:
for 10$ donation => promoted to VIP.1 (for 1 month) + 25 rep points
for 20$ donation => promoted to VIP.1 + 50 rep points
for 30$ donation => promoted to VIP.1 + 100 rep points
for 50$ donation => promoted to VIP.2 + 200 rep points
.............

I'm sure these feature would be more than useful for many forums and will cover most of their needs, including mine and few others I know. No reason to use the default VB subscription anymore after...
