Fix an existing Addon for vb 4.2

Hi Dragonbyte,

I am using now a lot of your addons and I like your support.
Currently I am missing one small modification which is already on vb.org but not working like it should.

Basically you can create an additional signature which is displayed for selected usergroups.
I want to have such an addon allowing me to choose usergroups but also to be able to exclude single ID's even if they are in one of the selected groups.
In big board it is a way that every staff member can keep his own individual signature but also to add a default one to all of them.

Could you please give me a price estimate if you are interested to fix and modify this addon for me?
