Completed AJAX Threads Manual (1.1.1)

I've been working on the manual for AJAX Threads, and it's now completed, uploaded and documentation included in download area. Can you have a look over it Fillip H. to see if I need to do anything else with it?

I did have a question about the option to add or disable Automatic Updates, as I've not seen this option available in a Thread menu yet. Where should I expect to find it?

Updated it to 1.1.1. I don't think I've missed anything Fillip H.
