Legacy Add Sort games by Rating ASC/DESC in AdminCP

While you can use the "times played" as a gauge to see how popular a game is, technically, any new games might come up and look unpopular because they're new, etc. I'd like to better be able to rely on the ratings system and be able to view what the people have actually voted so that I can remove crappy games easier. =)

Haha no kidding, but I've been pushing the few people I have testing now to use it. Hopefully I can start it out the game. Also, something I'd like to see is when the VBC integration is done, to be able to give credits for rating games as well. Sure, someone could click every game and rate it for credits, but.... if I saw someone doing that, I'd just boot 'em anyway.
