re-enabled

I've been using vBShout for a few years now. Never a problem. All of a sudden the program got hung up (kept saying "Loading..."), so I disabled it then re-enabled it. Nothing worked. Even with it enabled, it doesn't show on the site. Currently using another shout box until I can get this sorted...
