dbtech_bookmark_error_x

Hello I've installed Bookmark mod ages ago and couldn't work out why it won't work. When I loaded up the bookmark.php from my website on Chrome it gave me this message "Could not find phrase 'dbtech_bookmark_error_x'." I have no idea what it means, I tried to reinstall that product and uploaded...
