You aren't using the hotfix. I included that fix for newer PHP versions in the hotfix as well. This issue has been fixed in pl2.

I found the issue. This actually has to do with disabling the ability to use the custom page. When enabled it works, disabled it doesn't. I have it working for both settings on your test site and will be implementing the fix in the next patch.

I'm not sure where the body phrase went in this update but this is a lite only issue. A hotfix has been released.

This is really odd, at first it sends it zero times and then it sends it twice. There seems to be some sort of special parameters that your forum in particular hit that I cannot reproduce. I will work at a solid fix for this.
