Again, all these things settings appear to be correctly established, yet we are still not getting email alerts. We paid for professional install, shouldn't this have been working for everybody from the beginning?

The users we have been getting feedback from have everything turned on. This includes the site owner and other moderators.

Hello, About 2 weeks ago you guys performed the professional install of the Advanced User Tagging add-on. The forum users, however, are not being alerted via email when they are tagged or mentioned in posts. Can you please assist in resolving this issue? Thank you very much. - Chris
