I checked in installed products and v2.1.1 was installed. I re downloaded v2.1.1 and uploaded the files and ................ It worked! :) I don't know what happened the first time with the upload but you know how it is "the human error thing" :o Thank You so muck for the quick response! James

Hope you can help. On the welcome panel when a user first logs in the panel is closed but the text is still there. on reload all is good. If the user sites idle and reloads issue return but not every time. Any Ideas on this would be great driving me nuts! trying to find the issue. Thanks
