This was never resolved. The problem did not go away until I disabled and uninstalled DBTech. How can I get a refund for license as it never worked?

Can you just tell me if there is a setting that I need to do in cache so that the link in the "Quote PMs" go directly to the post and not the top of the thread?

To be more clear, sometimes the quoted link goes directly to the post (which could be on page 27 of a thread) and sometimes to the beginning of the thread. I'm wondering if this has something to do with cache or other VB feature that could be tweaked so that the link in a quoted PM goes directly...

Hi again, We have it figured out now :) The only problem left is that it when someone clicks on the link in their "Quote PM", they are taken to the top of the thread instead of the direct quote.

Simply PM the user "dorispulaski" with a test. She is a moderator. You will get an auto-reply, although you shouldn't because you are an Admin.

Hello, I have purchased and installed the Pro version. However, since I have done so, when someone clicks on the "quote" link in the PMs, they are taken to the very first post instead of the actual link. This did not happen in the "Lite" version and I can't figure it out. Please help.
