Hi,
i have installed Gallery Lite but i would buy Gallery Pro and import photos from vBGallery, but i don't see in your gallery photo enlarge option! :(
How can i enlarge uploaded photo? For my forum this feature is very important!
Thanks
Antonio

Could I get access?
The only time the enlarge option would show is if your view is smaller then the image size.

How do I set the view size? Thumbnail showing on homepage which is okay, but when click on individual images full size is showing, I would like thumbnail showing only with enlarge options... Thanks

A couple ways, you can set the max size in your user gallery profile
Gallery->My Profile
Click Edit on My Information and set the View Image Width field.

Or

You can set it for all users by the style (useful if you have a fixed style)
ACP->Styles & Templates->Style Manager->Style Variable Editor
Scroll Down to DragonByteTechMods and fill out dbtech_gallery_max_width

Let me know if that fixes it for you.

Thanks Dylan,

It looks okay with the newly uploaded images actually, only the imported images from previous album system showing full size.
But there is that cinema button which is really unnecessary I think.
And also the categories are not showing at all on the gallery home.... Help please.

Could you give me a temporary admin account and a link to one of the old images that shows incorrectly?
I'll take a look and figure out what's going on. Sorry about the problems.

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new AdminCP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues. It should ideally be a temporary account created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

Thank you for helping us debug our products and allowing us to assist you, we appreciate it
